This deposit will be returned after the check of the accommodation on the day of departure.
In case of missing or damaged items or if the accommodation is not rendered in its previous conditions,
the safety deposit will be used in restoring the accommodation to management’s standards.
FINAL CLEANING:
The apartment must be returned in its original conditions.
A control will be done on your departure day
between 08.00 and 10.00 p.m. It is possible to buy a final cleaning. The price is 50€/studio 2px and 4px,
75€/apartment 2 rooms and 3 rooms, 100€/apartment 4 rooms.
However, the client still has to clean the kitchen, empty the garbage, bring the bedlinen and towels to a
trolley at disposal in the corridors.
Pets: are allowed with an additional charge 
(not leave them alone in the accommodation).
